SHAMANIC WORKSHOP WITH PLANT MEDICINE
In the workshop we will to shed light on different topics like:
Nordic shamanism-neo spiritual wishful thinking or historical fact?
What is Core shamanism?
Is it possible to integrate shamanism in a modern life?
Did the Vikings pratice shamanism?
We will go through techniques how to enter the parallel realities of the tree layered cosmos and connect with our helping spirits.
The workshop will not turn you into a shaman, but teach the very basics of what is commonly called core shamanism.

What happens in the workshop
The spirits and our connection to them are a focal point of this workshop.
We renew and expand our contact with our allied helper spirits.
We learn more about working with our spirit animals and teachers, whether as companions in our lives or as practicing shamans.
Shamanic work is based on equal collaboration between humans and spirits.
Another focus of the workshop is the world beyond ours.
The otherworld where we meet the spirits.
We learn how to get there and which worlds/levels we can encounter.
Additionally, we will explore intial (healing) methods and working with clients.

ABOUT TÝR TÖRSTENSSON
Týr Törstensson is a Nordic Shamanic practioner and teacher who works with ancestral traditions and ancient wisdom- incorporating deep ritual plant medicine based Psychotherapy and the Seiðr (magick) of his Norwegian/ Icelandic ancestors.
He believes in empowering others to find ther inner warrior spirit, tap into their inherent Seiðr and explore deep spiritual connection with ancestors, nature and SELF.
ABOUT SABRINA
Sabrina started 2023 with shamanism in Norway where she heard the call from the Scandinavian spirits.
She followed the call and since then she knew something will change .
After this workshop she knew this is her path and completed the teacher training in Germany, where she is a teacher now and she has a few classes during the year for the Starter Shamanism Workshop.
She teaches Core Shamanism with the Nordic Path.
Sabrina got her certification in May 2025
Working with Nature, spirits and crystals is her daily business.

Deposit is due by March 1st.
This deposit is refundable for 14 days. After this 14 day period, deposits are non-refundable.
The second payment is due by April 31st.
Your fee includes all meals, shared accommodation, and group transport between the Train Station Pinsdorf and the workshop site.
